2018

It’s been an eventful year at Karisah Kennels with us having to say a sad goodbye to 3 of our senior dogs in the space of 3 months at the beginning of the year. It’s funny how that happens – when one goes then the others follow. We were very sad to say goodbye. Two crossed the rainbow bridge in their sleep at home and one had to go to the vet. We love you guys and look forward to seeing you all again on the other side of the rainbow bridge.

Simultaneously we have been raising 3 new puppies for our future breeding program: – Cody , Kylah and Becky. One forgets what is involved in raising puppies and it has been a nightmare for my garden – continual holes in the grass, flowers being picked, fruit being plucked from the fruit trees, seedlings being dug up, jumping up with muddy paws, etc. But they are growing up and settling down. Cody and Kylah will be 2 years old in December and Becky will be 1 year old in January.
